A building that stood the test of time
The Herz-Jesu Hospital in Lindlar was put into operation as early as 1891. In the course of time, there has always been a need for structural adaptations to the respective situation at the location, whereby the building substance existing today was created in various construction phases. The last building to be completed and put into operation was the existing medical center with a total of 4 medical practices and 9 doctors’ offices in 2002.

Redisigning the past
No structural changes are planned in the existing medical center within the practices. However, the exterior façade of the building was fundamentally redesigned and brought into line with that of the medical center extension. This also visually created a functioning building ensemble.
