Located in the heart of Cairo, this residential complex spans 25,000 square meters, blending modern design with the city’s rich cultural heritage. Drawing inspiration from traditional Arabesque patterns and organic forms, the project embraces a minimalist approach, creating spaces that offer both tranquility and connection. Thoughtfully planned courtyards, shaded walkways, and open plazas provide residents with a peaceful retreat, while the use of local materials ensures sustainability in the challenging climate. The design is both functional and expressive, addressing the needs of contemporary urban living while respecting the historical context of its surroundings.
Spaces of Serenity and Connection
Architecturally, the complex features clean lines and elegant facades, where geometric patterns play with light and shadow. Large windows and expansive terraces open the interiors to the surrounding views, blending seamlessly with the outdoors.
